Job responsibility

• Develop gameplay Settings based on game design intent and planning, including game rules, game mechanics, level design, etc.

• Responsible for the design of in-game systems and gameplay to ensure the richness and playability of the game;

• Set game rules and specifications for the game project, and write corresponding design documents.

• Responsible for system interface and operation design, pay attention to user operation experience, and provide convenience for users' game journey.

• Responsible for game UI design, ensure the interface is beautiful and easy to use.

• Design game operation flow to improve game flow and user satisfaction.

• Prepare game planning plans, tables, requirement descriptions, test requirements documents, etc., to ensure the accurate communication of planning intentions.

Other responsibilities:

• According to the market demand and consumer target group, put forward the product creation concept.

• Supervise and follow up the discussion, design, production, testing and other aspects of the system I am responsible for.

Job requirements

• College degree or above, major in computer science, mathematics, art design and other related majors preferred. Some positions may require a bachelor's degree or above.

• Love games, have a wealth of game experience, familiar with a variety of gameplay details.

• Have a high enthusiasm for game production, can adapt to high-intensity work pressure, and can accept overtime work as required.

• Good logical thinking ability, rule design ability and learning ability.

• Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) and SVN tools and other common office software.

• Have a good sense of graphic design, have a deeper understanding of UI user experience.

• 1-3 years or more of game planning experience may be required depending on the requirements of different positions.

Game Operations Specialist

Job responsibility

• Manage daily game operations including version releases, event planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Track development progress of game versions, analyze update effectiveness, and propose optimizations. Ensure game stability across platforms.

• Deeply understand game products and mechanics, establish connections with players, and provide high-quality service.

• Address player inquiries, handle feedback, and maintain player relations. Engage new players and cultivate relationships with existing players to enhance user retention and activity.

• Organize and analyze game operation data, identify product issues, and propose optimization solutions.

• Develop operation plans for activities, analyze activity data, and facilitate the development and launch of new activities.

• Plan online and offline activities based on game features, holidays, or special phases. Coordinate activity execution, track results, and evaluate activity data.

• Manage game channel operations and monitor channel performance. Communicate with partner platforms to ensure smooth game promotion across channels.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for product operations.

Job requirements

• College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.

• Familiarity with the gaming industry, strong understanding of online game products. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS.

• Knowledgeable about game operation processes, marketing promotion, and user service.

• Passion for the gaming industry, strong teamwork and communication skills. Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to handle work pressure.

• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of independently managing complex issues.

• Prior experience in game operations, user service, data analysis, or related fields is preferred.



Game Customer Service Representative

Job responsibility

• Provide online customer service, answer player questions, and handle complaints and feedback.

• Assist players in resolving technical issues and operational difficulties within the game.

• Maintain customer relationships to enhance player satisfaction and loyalty.

• Compile player feedback, report issues to relevant departments, and follow up on resolutions.

• Participate in game version testing and event planning and execution.

Job requirements

• College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.

• Deep understanding and passion for game products, with the ability to communicate effectively and solve problems quickly.

• Strong service awareness and teamwork spirit.
